They do great designs and a really nice job in the nails, but the prices are VERY expensive. There was no set price list posted anywhere in the store and they charge you for every little thing. A “hand paint design” which could be the simplest thing they charge 10 dollars a nail. They also charge 20 dollars extra for getting different colors on different nails. Every time I ask about something they charge me more money. For that reason alone I won’t go again.

I came in for a Spa Pedicure and was very disappointed. The employee taking care of me was not very attentive, did not fully complete my pedicure i.e. proper callus remover and seemed to be in a quick rush to get me out the door. I cant help but that because I am a male the employee thought i wouldn’t notice. I understand I have a Man’s foot so i usually Tip a 20$ bill on top of the 45 dollar price, which is a great tip. Not this time. WILL NOT RETURN!

Absolutely awful. Super sweet staff (except the manager) but pedicures are awful. Had bruises on my leg they fully saw and beat my legs up more. As for the nails they are nice but the prices are absurd!!!! 127 for a terrible pedicure and manicure. I would have paid more happily if it was good but for that price absolutely terrible. Save ur money and if ur looking to spend that much find a place that is actually worth it.

I paid $ 70 for fillins and uvgel manicure. I wouldn’t even blink at the price except that they are horrible . They came out extremely thick and look like I have fake nails glued on top of my own long natural nails. I am very unhappy. I called the very next morning to complain and heard nothing but excuses. I will never go there again

Cool decals and designs but wouldn’t go there for a basic set. SOOO insanely expensive. You’re gonna be paying at least $20 more than any other salon. Don’t recommend unless its a super special occasion. Everyone I know that used to be a regular has left bc it’s a waste of money to go all the time. Pedicure, Eyelash extensions, Manicure

The first time I came here I was so happy with how my nails came out from Emily doing them so I went back and requested her a second time but was told she only does designs, so I went to a new person who did a good job but I wasn’t as happy with how they came out. This time I made an appointment and explained to Emily on the phone that I wasn’t happy with how the shape came out and she told me to come in at 4:30 and she would fix them and help with the shape. I waited on the couch in the front until I finally said something at 5:05. I had a 430 appointment and still wasn’t helped. The guy that worked there made it seem like it was my fault that I wasn’t helped because I needed my shape to be perfect and that either he or Emily had to do it. Instead of sympathizing that she had told me to come at 4:30 but I still wasn’t being helped he made it seem like it was my problem, instead of them being overbooked. Instead of trying to accommodate me, he had no care that I had just wasted 35 minutes waiting. I wouldn’t cared so much if they had informed me that I would been waiting for over 30 mins when I arrived. Seems that they only care about people who are getting designs and going to be spending a lot of money in their salon, rather than loyal customers.

I started going here two years ago and have never even considered walking into another nail salon since. Number one, the owner Jon runs the most organized nail salon I’ve been to. Even with all of the Covid regulations in place, everything goes smoothly and efficiently. Jon and Emily are the nicest, most personable and talented people I’ve ever met. I moved almost 45 mins away a few months ago and still won’t go anywhere else. I’ve never once been disappointed with this place!

Called the day before to make a 5pm appointment. Come in the next day rushed for my 5pm appointment from work. SAT THERE FOR OVER A HALF AN HOUR. No wait time. Nothing. Absolutely inconsiderate staff. Could’ve called me to come in at 530 if you were that busy.

I have been coming to this establishment for over a year now, I’ve always enjoyed my experience there which is why I never minded spending the extra money for certain things and I always tip very generously. My nails always look beautiful and everyone who works there is so kind, but my last two experiences there left me feeling really upset. The first experience I had was when I wanted to have my long nails coffin shaped instead of a square, I was charged $5 just because I wanted my nails shaped differently which is something I never had to pay for before ever. I let it go because they are always so good to me. Then I was there the other day and I decided I wanted to cut my nails short and instead of doing the dip powder I would switch back to gel polish just to take a little break. I was once again charged an extra $5 because they had to “take off the powder gel” which is literally the same exact process they would of done for gel polish. I know this because I spent years doing gel polish before I switched to powder gel about a year ago. It’s not even the money I was concerned with, it was the principle. I felt like after all the money I spend there they took advantage of me just to take a few extra dollars from a loyal customer for nonsense. I won’t be back and I’m really upset, I’d rather invest my time and money in an establishment that doesn’t look to take and extra $5 any way they can get it. I never ever write any reviews but maybe the owners will see this and realize it was wrong.

CHICHI nails is great! Emily really cares and works hard at what she does, she is truly an artist! They are so welcoming there and they really take their time with each customer to make sure they are happy. I’ve been coming here for years and love it! I always get compliments and always recommend ChiChi nails.
