Love love love Chi Nails. I’ve tried so many different nail salons, from La Grange to Berwyn to Orland Park and most of Chicago land area, in search of the perfect nail technician. I’ve finally found a technician that doesn’t tell me “No, I can’t do that” and is able to perfect any inspiration picture I throw at her. I’ve been beyond pleased with Chi and her salon since the first nail appointment. Her studio is spotless and she sanitizes everything through your appointment. She makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything she is doing. She’s made me very knowledgeable in all of her services. I’ve booked dip and hard gel manicures and have been amazed with both. I’ve also done pedicures with Chi and omg simply the BEST! So happy I can finally say I’ve found my nail place & nail girl.

My nails have never been so healthy or this long, and it’s all thanks to Chi! It’s honestly been a game changer. I will never go back to acrylic nails. Hard gel is 100% the way to go. In my picture, those are my natural nails – no nail extensions! That’s freaking awesome! I’ve had 3 sessions so far with Chi. I’m so glad I found her!

Chi has done wonders to my nails. They’ve always grown but chipper super fast. Now with hard gel they look natural and can keep my length. Prices are a bit high but quality work is well worth it. I also love the appointment only facility after years of walking into salons waiting to be seen I now can walk in and now that I’ll be attended to immediately.

Let me just start out by saying, ChiChi is the best! I usually don’t leave reviews, but they are always so helpful to look through when trying a new business — especially when trying to find a new nail tech. I have to leave ChiChi one because she does amazing every time, her gel polish stays on for weeks, I ALWAYS get complements on her work, and she is basically the only one I trust with my nails now. After acrylics, my nails were ruined and so brittle. I came to ChiChi hoping to grow out my natural nails, and they are so long and healthy now! She is very gentle and takes every precaution to not damage the nail or cuticle through both application and removal (removal is always the part that scares me, but she does it correctly and safely!). She can do an array of polishes & colors, such as cat-eye polish, chromes, holographic, sparkles/glitter, rainbow, neutral, etc., and designs, like flowers, French tip, swirls, festive nails, hearts, animal print, special requests, and more! I usually always get a gel mani/pedi, while my mom loves the hard gel manicures! ChiChi is always willing to talk with you to figure out a design, and though she can work fast, her work is very smooth and clean. She works alone so you know you will always be getting her, and she works very hard to make sure everyone can be seen and is pleased with their service. I also have had ingrown toenails since I was a kid and usually self-treat them, which 50% of the time is done incorrectly, painfully, and results in an open cut or infection in my toe. Chi is very knowledgeable about her craft and painlessly removes my ingrown nails while keeping them from infections or from being incorrectly cared for, which is a huge fear when getting a pedicure with ingrown toe nails. I have not tried her other services, but they all look beautiful (see them on her Instagram @ chichinailsstudio). Beyond this, ChiChi is very kind and great company, whether talking or in silence. She remembers clients and things about yourself that you’ve told her, which means a lot and shows that she listens and cares. Definitely check her out even if just once to see for yourself, and if you’re unsure, I hope this helps!
