Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled the appointment 2 weeks out for a perm and they notified me 4 minutes prior to my appointment that they just realized what service I’d scheduled and that they would have to reschedule since they didn’t have the supplies for my appointment. Very unprofessional, never have had this happen to me before.
