Lost one star for appearance/aesthetics/cleanliness. This place looked run-down and not too clean but their nail techs are so good! She cleaned off my old gel, cleaned and shaped, did acrylic nails, French tips, and gel polish for $45! They take their time but do so well! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them 🙂 ask for Anna or Hannah (idk which one because their accents were rather thick) but all the ladies were kind!

I spent 85$ on a no chip mani and Pedi, toe nail designs and 2 finger nail designs. Very pricey. However I will continue to go back. The staff is very kind. They did not mind that I brought my baby. The two women who did my feet and hands did such a good job and gave me exactly what I asked for! Small shop but clean and good atmosphere. My nails came out really cute and are still lasting. All my nails are filed evenly.

Tried Chicago nails for the first time and it was a good experience. Cindy, the nail technician that did my nails, was welcoming and her work was clean and neat, which I was pleased about. The salon itself is a bit outdated, but the staff did a good job on my nails and my sisters nails.

the most unprofessional business. I called earlier and asked to come in to just get nail polish removed to which they told me to come in. I ended up waiting 2 HOURS for them to remove them because they decided to sit me down In the chair with foil around my fingers for 2 hours waiting for them as they helped out everyone else but me. On top of that, charged me more than nail polish removals are supposed to be. horrible experience, I was a loyal customer but I will never be coming back here again.

They usually do a good job and are very friendly. They are not good at designs though, or complicated nails. They usually will file my nails down even after I beg them not to because I want to keep the length.

Came here a few times ,and now this is my third time going. First time gave it a great 5 star review and now I had the worst experience. The lady was rough when using the purple foot scrub. She cut by my big toe and as well as my heels . They hurt when walking, on top of that I’m pregnant so that is not a good feeling. No discount even taken out either! Or nothing offered to even make the experience right.

The owner Tina, is an awesome nail technician. The entire staff is very accommodating. I have some physical challenges, and have difficulty navigating things that used to be so routine for me. Everybody is always so nice. I am appreciative.
