If I could give 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews but I was treated so badly that I need to. It’s been about a week since I got my nails done. The work is good but if you want to be treated like a human don’t go here. I had an appointment at 5:30 and I wasn’t helped until AFTER they closed. I didn’t end up leaving the salon until 9:30. I was waiting to be helped while the guy kept talking about how drunk he was and acting like he didn’t care that I had been waiting for hours. If I had known it was gonna take so long, I would have left but they kept saying “only a little bit longer” or “okay we are getting you help right now” so unprofessional. I have never felt so disrespected at a salon before and they didn’t even apologize. I still had to pay full price too.

I used these folks years ago and they were pretty good. Now when I go they are VERY rude, ignorant and discriminating!!! I went yesterday and as empty as they were they said they couldn’t take me. So I called 15 minutes before I came just to arrive and them see me and say that they can’t take me. I pay, I tip generously and I’m respectful. They see that I’m transgender (in my humblest opinion) and they NO longer are able to service me. It’s SAD, UNFAIR and very HURTFUL!!!!

Critical: QualityI use to go to this shop years ago. I use to love the work. But now I’m very disappointed. A total waste of my money my nail are lumpy and bumpy and polish are sloppy and runny. It’s a fantastic place to get a Mani Pedi. Their prices are very reasonable like $43 for a Mani Pedi. You should bring cash as there is a $2 charge for credit or debit cards. I’ve been to plenty of places to get a pedicure but they definitely do it the best. I love it and will definitely be back often.

Ann is the best in town. For my eyebrows/ eyelashes individual fixing and manicure and pedicure. I literally wait for her to do it personally. She has other staff but she’s the best. She treats you like a real person, no rushing even though she has a long line of customers waiting…Love you Ann.

Worst service. Also the whole place needs a deep clean for sure. It looks disgusting in there. I have went here twice, the second to see if it was just a bad day for the salon…it wasn’t. 4 different people did a soak off service on me and I was in there for 1hour 20 mins. I specifically wanted soak off because I hurt my finger and didn’t want them to pop the nail off…the guy said oh I’ll just pop it off and it’ll be quicker. Not what I asked for for a REASON. They left me to sit for 40 minutes, the water got cold and they wouldn’t refill it, I wasn’t the only one in the salon that was having a tough time there…multiple people were unhappy. Lots of unnecessary yelling from employees. Never coming again.
