Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have always had a full, thick head of curly long hair, but since I caught COVID-19, my hair has never been the same. It would not grow and I had no idea just how thin my hair was from behind until I went to meet the owner, Jennifer Moore, at Chicago Hair Extensions Salon for my initial consultation. Jennifer took pictures of the front & back of my hair. Needless to say, I was mortified at how terrible the condition of my hair looked from behind (especially knowing all of the money I had spent over the years trying to repair my hair). I felt hopeless. I was scared to make the change- the decision to di it……… I liked the salon and the entire staff were warm and welcoming. The salon was clean and I felt comfortable with how professional the process was. So, I made the appointment to come back two weeks later to meet with Jennifer Moore, the owner. Bottom line: If I could give Chicago Hair Extensions Salon in Skokie, a 10-star Rating, I would! In only two-hours, after Jennifer finished, I literally sat in her chair and cried tears of joy! I had my full head of long curly hair once again and it looked completely natural! The color couldn’t have been any more perfect and it was obvious that Jennifer knew exactly what she was doing. They had wonderful hair products and an entire makeup line (reasonable priced), which I loved (and highly recommend the eye concealer which provides incredible coverage). What I really appreciated, was the fact that as friendly as the Staff were, they did not push or “hard sell” their other products or services on me. The finished product made me feel hopeful again. I could look at myself in the mirror and like what I saw. I felt confident in my appearance and was so happy that I could look like that again. I found that inner contentment again……..After my divorce and having to solely raise four children and work 16+ hours a day for decades, I had lost myself along the way. Today, I am back. I am happy, confident and free! All of my children cant stop smiling when they look at me. They tell me I look ten years younger because I look like a natural, healthy young woman again. I cannot thank Chicago Hair Extensions Salon enough for changing my life!I have my full head of long curly hair I used to have my entire life and I feel amazing (Btw- the eye concealer they sell is by far, has the best coverage and if you want to get permanent eye lashes, as well, there are plenty of StaffMy four children all tell me I look ten (10) years younger! Any rumors you may have heard that it’s hard to take care of or it looks fake or it’s not real human hair……is all a lie! Myu natual full head of curly hair is easy to care for, easy to brush and I have touched up the gray hair and it was easy & simple — I am sold for life! I would strongly recommend any man or woman who cannot make a decision, I am STRONGLY suggesting that you take action and just do it! You will NOT regret it!
