The office manager is very professional, ethical, on point and polite. Alexis is amazing I am a client for life!! She is so knowledgeable walks you through every process & takes her time with you like you are the only one and she doesn’t push things on you. Alexis made me feel so comfortable as well as the rest of her staff. I loved it and I will be booking again. Very clean, very comfortable atmosphere.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe website was wonderful but the actual location was filthy and unprofessional. I had lip injections done and I knew when she doing the procedure that I had made a mistake. She was telling me I needed to come back in 2 weeks even before she looked at my lips or completed the injections. The actual injections were horribly painful and not properly done. My lips are not any bigger at all and I was left with sores and hard bumps all over my lips. The website was wonderful but the actual location was filthy and unprofessional. I had lip injections done and I knew when she doing the procedure that I had made a mistake. She was telling me I needed to come back in 2 weeks even before she looked at my lips or completed the injections. The actual injections were horribly painful and not properly done. My lips are not any bigger at all and I was left with sores and hard bumps all over my lips. I will be seeking professional advice and will never visit this place again.

Not only is Alexis highly educated in her field, she is professional and skilled with the newest technologies/machinery/tools available. Her personality is icing on the cake. She is kind and sweet and friendly. I would deal with the time and travel involved in patronizing someone who I believe stands above the rest, however I’m lucky enough to be in the same town. I try very hard to support small business owners in my neighborhood so very happy to have CGF in my hometown. Alexis and her business checks all the boxes for me. Visited one week ago, and had another appointment today. Terrific customer service and vast knowledge of skincare and body sculpting therapies. Not only is Alexis highly educated in her field, she is professional and skilled with the newest technologies/machinery/tools available. Her personality is icing on the cake. Critical: QualityI went to get my 1st session on micro blading in June came back in August for the 2nd. Here we are in December and they do not look good at all. I’m very unhappy and I have a lot of people telling me how bad of a job was done. One looks very different from the other you can see the outline on one but not the other. They just don’t look good at all. It makes me very sad because I think Alexis is a very nice and sweet person and I really do not like putting bad reviews but I felt that I had too. I guess you get what you pay for. When getting my 2nd session I also got the lip Injection with the Hyaluronic pen. It was a waste of money because it did not do anything for me. My lips still looked the same a month later and it left me with these ugly lumps on my lips.
