I’ve been a customer for the last 4 months, every 2 weeks. I’ve never really had a great experience just mediocre. I continued to revisit this business due to convenience. However, due to my last visit on Sunday (07/31/22), I will not longer support this establishment. I was considered a “walk-in” and was advised the wait time as 45 minutes, I agreed to wait. After an hour of waiting, the cashier offered to remove the old color from my nails. She placed my hands in acetone for 15 minutes and then rubbed as much as she could off my nails. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, I’m still waiting so I decided to leave. I asked the cashier the cost of the color remover and she said “$15.” I was taken back by how much the fee was when she left several remains of the color still on my nails! I didn’t even get a shape up (nail file, nail cut). I’ve heard of this place giving random outlandish fee’s before but geez. If you would like to be a customer here, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance and getting an estimated cost of each service you would like to have performed. This will prevent a wait time for you and you won’t be caught off guard when they throw random numbers at you. This salon does not have a price list (except for pedicures) so they do change the costs of certain services weekly. Honestly, this nail salon should be listed as an “appointment only” establishment.

scheduled a pedi with my aunt during the day on a weekday and they fit us in within a few hours. really great pedicure, everything was the right temperature. I usually avoid hot stones bc other salons use them scalding but they were perfectly warm but not painfully hot. my feet still feel soft and my polish looks great a week later.

I went to get my nails done here. They did good until I felt pain in my toe. It was so severe and it hurt to the touch. The manager tried toget the nail tech to help which made it worse. Its been almost 2 months and it Still hurts so bad. It affects everything I do.

i am never one to leave bad reviews, but i just NEEDED to for this place. paid nearly $100 for my acrylic nails & the paint already started to chip the very next day and the nails are so thin they practically bend. staff was dismissive and i had to wait for 30+ minutes just to be seen (which usually wouldn’t bother me but with the rest of the circumstances it’s frustrating). if you want to pay $100+ for dollar store nail supplies this is the perfect place.

I absolutely love this venue. Reasonably priced and great customer service. No pushy sales. They are grateful to provide the requested service. Yesterday, I had my mani/pedi. Messed up my toes and was welcomed to return. The owner refused a tip stating she appreciates my business. I’ve been coming for a long time, but the products, the quality of service and the customer service has secured a faithful, long time customer.

We’re new to the area and trying to find a new nail shop. Chic is really nice and modernity styled on the inside. Prices are very reasonable compared to what we’ve paid in the past. Kind of upset that my nail has already chipped but I think my daughter and I will return. Very friendly ppl there too. Wine served. TVs displayed. Cool atmosphere
