Over charged for a job that they no were close to the design that was asked of them. And then charge $70 for a job that was no where near the design ask of them because she’s in the wedding party and the design is specific for all of the brides wedding party. And picture was shown and person assured us that it was very doable but ended up with enough acrylic to use on 5 pairs of hands and nothing like the picture design they claimed to be able to do.

Kelly did an outstanding job with my nails! I told her I wanted clear dip and she suggested the “Camilla” color instead and it really was EXACTLY what I was looking for. She is very personable and kind, also very gentle with her work, it was amazing! It came out to $50, but I believe the experience was well worth it. I went on a Monday around 4pm, so there was no one there and it was a truly relaxing experience. Will be back when I need retouching!

The didn’t want to do my refill for some odd reason when she said I was ok at first. She wanted to do them a certain way that I didn’t like so she said that she couldn’t do them at all, all of a of sudden. I will not go back. I don’t recommend this place at all. Horrible experience and they had attitudes.

I’ve visited this nail salon over the last several months. I’ve made appointments to be seen and on each time my appointment has not been honored in favor is someone else who did not have an appointment where I was asked to wait a “few minutes” so they could be served. Having arrived 15 minutes early each time, I understood waiting even a few min mins past my appointment was possible and not big deal. The first time this happened, I was lead to think she was only a few minutes behind, only to end up waiting an hour to begin my service. I was told it was because I arrived early. Well this last time was the straw the did it for me as once again I arrived 15 mins early to be asked to wait for someone who just asked for a pedicure. In each case, I don’t know if it’s that they choose to serve more regular customers or if it was because they felt a young Black woman would take better to having to wait over an older White woman. Either way, the first time I was thanked for my patience and neither time was I offered an apology. I tip pretty well and like my Nail tech Tina but as a busy professional, my time is valuable and I don’t have the luxury to continue to have appointments I take care to schedule be dishonored for any reason. After asking Tina to honor my appointment rather than work on this other person, she chose to leave me waiting and so I left and do not intend to ever go back. I would not recommend this shop for this reason as hope that they do a better job of scheduling, communicating and valuing ALL customers.

I LOVE this nail salon! Hands down the best! They are extremely clean! They use a new set of sterilized nail clippers on everyone! They also use organic products so it doesn’t smell like harsh chemicals in their salon. Kelly and Danny are so nice along with the rest of their staff!!! My nails have never looked better! The dip they use is awesome and I highly recommend it! They gave really good massages with pedicures plus they always have really good TV shows playing! I LOVE this nail salon and will never go anywhere else!

I really wanted to like this place, it was clean and located in a great spot, but my dip nails did not last. To begin my nails were not smooth, they looked like I’d stuck clay to my nails and said good enough. I went back the next day and they smoothed them out no problem really good about all that said sorry. I was happy and I thought I’d found a new place to go, but today about a week since I got my nails done they are chipped and peeling off my nails. Which I have never had happen before and I’ve been getting dip on and off for 3 years. So even though the lady doing my nails said they should last 3-4 weeks these duds are coming off at the end of week 1. Just really disappointed in the end product.
