Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first visit, and I loved it. I drove nearly 40 min from New Buffalo because I haven’t found a nail salon that I’ve loved since we moved to the area in July. This place has it all. Super clean with adequate safety precautions in place to.protect customers and employees. Nice music and relaxing environment. Great polish selection. Excellent pedicure chairs and I loved the pedicure options. So worth the splurge to do the citrus. Definitely worthy the splurge to do the Citrus one. This was my first visit, and I loved it. I drove nearly 40 min from New Buffalo because I haven’t found a nail salon that I’ve loved since we moved to the area in July. This place has it all. Super clean with adequate safety precautions in place to.protect customers and employees. Nice music and relaxing environment. Great polish selection. I always leave with a set I love and they never come off early (I get acrylics). Nail art is always perfectly done by the owner. She has amazing work and a very Steady hand. I would recommend making an appointment thought. They tend to get really busy and realistically can’t get to everyone as fast as they could if you had an appointment. Other than waiting if you walk in, it’s a wonderful environment with a calming atmosphere. Great clientele with a wonderful demeanor. Great customer service and not too expensive. This is by far the only nail salon I will go to. Beyond impressed by the consistency of their work. I always leave with a set I love and they never come off early (I get acrylics). Nail art is always perfectly done by the owner. She has amazing work and a very Steady hand. I would recommend making an appointment thought. They tend to get really busy and realistically can’t get to everyone as fast as they could if you had an appointment. Critical: ProfessionalismSo this was my first time here. My daughter and I have heard great reviews about this place so we were excited to go. Unfortunately I will not return. The first picture is what I wanted just a little shorter (that is their picture from their website.) the other three pictures is what I ended up with. I am so disappointed not only in the work done but in how it was handled. I sat in that chair for about an hour and 45 minutes. I have never ever sat that long to get my nails done. So anyway, when I first told the woman that the nails were extremely thick thicker than I’ve ever had before and they were all misshaped I believe it was Tara that I pointed it out to it was like she didn’t even care. She just said oh I fix for you later well later is too late the nails are already too short and miss shaped how are you going to fix that? She should’ve stepped in and told the woman that was doing my nails to stop and then Tara could have took over when she was done working on the client she was working on. That could have solved the issue right there and I may have left happy. She did try to offer me a coupon for the next time I come back but I informed her that I will not be back. Again if she had stepped up and stopped the tech then maybe I would have returned. So then during checkout she gave me a what I think is a $20 discount so I paid $45. I legit paid $45 for nails that look like this. I could’ve done them myself at home and they probably would’ve looked better.Update::: I am actually heading to another salon to get these nails off and have them done right. They look so ridiculous I can’t stand looking at them any longer. I am so mad I literally just threw away $45So this was my first time here. So this was my first time here. My daughter and I have heard great reviews about this place so we were excited to go. Unfortunately I will not return. The first picture is what I wanted just a little shorter (that is their picture from their website.) the other three pictures is what I ended up with.
