If I could give zero stars I would. Aesthetically pleasing but the work is far from pleasing! Couldn’t get the coffin nails write and there “deluxe” pedicure couldn’t be anymore disappointing. Charged an extra 20 dollars more than what was agreed to then tried to lie about it when confronted. Will definitely not be returning.

He did it in record time, even though he was VERY thorough and meticulous. Andy is super gentle and keeps a good conversation. Also for all your OCD people, it is SO clean. Brand new tool out of the bag, clean table, new set of gloves when you first sit down. I honestly have nothing to complain about my experience at chic nail salon in San Dimas. Horrible. Expensive. Gave them more than one second chance and each time it got worse. Last time I said something about my nails and the lady immediately started talking in her language to a co worker. They shouldn’t make it so obvious when talking bad about someone. If you get gel they don’t remove all the polish. I got clear last time and there is still pink polish from the previous time. No wonder they are always slow…..

I’ve gone to several nail salons in the area. This is the only one I found open on a Sunday so I was desperate! This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had they were done in 20 minutes it cost me $25. The people were very nice and it was clean but the pedicure was just the worst! Sorry I don’t like to give bad reviews but this is just the truth

Don’t come here. I got dip nails done and days later they were cracking and falling off not even a week after the manicure was done. Went back in to get a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me either. I’ve had much better manicures and customer service at other places.
