Total chop shop. Cut my skin while trimming cuticles. Didn’t even apologize just stuck cotton it.Tried use the metal callous remover. Which is not sanitary and now illegal in a few states. The nail tech left my Acrylics uneven and flat they look dull.design looks nothing like the picture was super striky. had to use nail Polish remover at the house to clean up and redo the gloss on my nails after leaving they demanded that I pay paid $85 for awful job.

I am from out of town and was recommended to go to this place. I usually get my nails done every 2-3 weeks so it’s not my first rodeo by any means. I needed to get my previous dipping powder removed and replace it with new powder, pink and white. The man went to clip off my nails and I instinctively moved my hand. Any other place I’ve gone to to remove the dipping powder has begun the process by soaking my nails in alcohol and filing it off slowly. It’s one of the reasons I do the dipping powder, overall it is much better for my nails I’ve found. He explained that I had a few tips on (totally forgot), so I said oh ok I’m sorry please continue. He got up and went away and refused service. What the heck?? I was embarrassed and made to leave! Not going back!!

I love getting my waxes and pedicures done here, but the last two times I have went to get a full set done I haven’t been happy. The first time the guy got mad because ge smudged lines and I asked him to fix it because it looked horrible. Then the second time they were so rough and uneven, I had to go to another place to get them filed down.

Not a place I would recommend for newcomers. Had a bad experience in selling them for over an hour and a half to get my nails done and so many people in front of me. Will not return there. And these people were Walkins. When you have an appointment to expect to be able to get in.
