All around great. The service was AHMAZING! Haven’t had service this good at a nail salon ever. Not only were they knowledgeable, good listeners and warm, but the nail tech also did SUCH a good job. They can do anything from simple to more complex nail designs which I appreciate the most. Don’t think I’d go to anyone else.

Made the nails extremely chunky even though, I asked them not to. Not professional at all. Not hygienic, reused the same towel right after another customer. Tired to work in hurry, even though I made an appointment for two hours before closing. Also made me pay with Zelle 70$ for acrylic with design on two nails.

Moving to Texas from out of state, with only going to one lady for 7 years I had to do tons of research before I chose a nail salon. I’m extremely picky with, how my pedicure and manicures are done. Decided to give chic nails a try and was not disappointed. Tony was great with my regular manicure and my pedicure. He shaped my nails correctly and took out my grown skin that I had from my big toe. (Medicine cream because there was actual multiple layers of my skin on that one toe) not his fault at all. I felt welcome and very satisfied with my nails will be back in 2 weeks. Thanks Tony!!!
