After not having the best experience at another nail salon, I was hesitant to try another place. I just moved to the area, and held high expectations to my previous place I was going to. After not having the best experience at another nail salon, I was hesitant to try another place. Well that all ended today after meeting Kevin, and seeing how much he really puts in effort to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with EVERYTHING about your service! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment at 5pm and they took me in at 6:15 pm. FINALLY when she started doing my nails the station was very dirty, they were not sanitizing any of the tools, most people in there don’t speak English and they can hardly communicate with you, one of the workers had their kid there like it was a day care and the kid was yelling and screaming , when you walk in it smells awful (a bunch of chemicals mixed together). While she was doing my nails she was very rough and kept pulling onto my hand. My nails were supper uneven, the nail color got everywhere and even on my jacket … the shape looks awful. They told me that I had to pay $10 extra for the nail color that I picked. Once they finally finished I went to pay even though I was not satisfied at all, and I told them that I was not happy at all with the color and the way it was done they said that they were gonna take $5 off of the bill and honestly it’s not about the money , they did not apologize about the wait time OR THE awful job they did. They were super rude ab it and I still payed and gave them a good tip. Overall I was very disappointed, I’ve been to many nail salons, I always have my nails done but this is embarrassing for them and the manager. I made an appointment at 5pm and they took me in at 6:15 pm. FINALLY when she started doing my nails the station was very dirty, they were not sanitizing any of the tools, most people in there don’t speak English and they can hardly communicate with you, one of the workers had their kid there like it was a day care and the kid was yelling and screaming , when you walk in it smells awful (a bunch of chemicals mixed together).
