Critical: ProfessionalismFirst off the owner told me she didn’t feel bad for me that my nails had just broke because , I had went to someone else to get them done. She told me multiple times how thin my nails were and how short they are, which I didn’t appreciate at all. After she “finished” nails she didn’t even bother to clean up my cuticles which are still sloppy. I’ve had so many people tell me how thick the paint is and how sloppy the execution is which is also embarrassing . It really pains me to do this kind of review, because I’ve been coming to Chic for years. She told me multiple times how thin my nails were and how short they are, which I didn’t appreciate at all.
