Critical: QualityPerson who did my nails was on the phone the whole time. She wasn’t very engaged, I asked her questions about my nails and she either didn’t answer or gave one word answers.The way she paints is horrific, and the price for my services was a bit outrageous. I definitely will not be going back there again.

Positive: ProfessionalismI been going here since they first opened with the new owners. I love this place and won’t be going anywhere else for i as long as i can say! The workers are all nice and very welcoming. They all have done an amazing on my nails from hands to toe definitely recommend this place!!!!!!!

This was the worst experience ever. My nails chipped already and they were done 4 hours ago ! I asked the lady to paint my entire nail and not cut corners . So disappointing.The young lady had a nasty attitude , but the woman who did my pedicure was very nice. What a waste of $72. It doesn’t feel welcoming , it could use a good scrub.

Spa??? There is nothing relaxing or therapeutic about this place. I have been to Chic Mini Spa three times in the past week and none of them was pleasant. On the first visit (my first time there), an older woman did my pedicure and did not say a word or smile at me. She simply grunted and pointed when she wanted something from me. The pedicure was good however, my feet came out decent.

I love that every time I come into the salon they are patient with my Indecisiveness, they are clean, the staff is friendly, the options are endless and most of all every time I leave happier than the last. there is never a color I choose that is challenging for them, or a task they huff and puff over. they are always eager to give the best service and I have made this my forever nail salon home.

On our epic quest to find the proper mold between efficiency and quality, my wife and I found ourself here instead of our usual haunt for a trial run. They were quick to see her however after looking at the value of the work she was not impressed and went back to get it redone. The shellac in purple was not thick enough as we could see through the nail in the sunlight. Also looked a little on the dull side. She did it free of charge while explaining that she didn’t explain what she wanted… Dunno what needed explaining…
