I came all the way from Queens to get a mani pedi. I got seated and one of the workers did my pedicure in literally 5 minutes. No effort was put in. Than she sat me at the drying station and then I told her I wanted to get a manicure as well which i mentioned before as well. She looked at her friend and had such an annoyed expression on her face and started chuckling a bit. She didn’t even do my manicure properly. Didn’t even cut my cuticles and painted my nails so horribly and then had the audacity to stare at me after I didn’t tip her. Do not go to Nicole. One of the worst mani pedis I ever got. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there it’s Simple.

Nicole was lovely and did an okay job on my gel manicure. They were a bit busy at the time I went and they accommodated me when they were done with other customers. This time I didn’t feel as rushed as my first time here but the manicure chipped in less than 24hrs which definitely shouldn’t happen with gel!

I want to thank Bella for an amazing pedicure/massage & Jeffrey for a beautiful job with my new UV Gel set. His shape was on point as well the designs. They were super friendly and welcoming. They definitely found themselves a new loyal customer. You cannot tip on your card so I would recommend bringing cash to your appointment. I don’t leave reviews very often, but my experience at this nail salon was beyond amazing! I want to thank Bella for an amazing pedicure/massage & Jeffrey for a beautiful job with my new UV Gel set. His shape was on point as well the designs. They were super friendly and welcoming. They definitely found themselves a new loyal customer. Lovely service done by Lynn. First time ever getting dip powder gel and I’m in love. I’m definitely coming back to her. The tools they use for your nails are prepackaged so I know they autoclave it to sterilize it well. Clean place and definitely following cdc guidelines to protect everyone
