Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad a terrible experience with Heather.Went to have a fresh haircut and pink highlights.They ask you first to come in for a consultation which they charge £35 +tip for (arguably, they will count this against your haircut if you go ahead).no water, no drink offered. But I initially had a good feeling so I decided to book.2nd appointment: Haircut. 1.5 hours, and I had to leave without the haircut being finished. No water nor drink offered. £35 +tip3rd appointment: finish haircut and pink highlight and roots done. 1pm to 5.30pm. And here came horror. The pink was more orange at some parts. Most importantly, the highlights on the right started at the top but then gradually started down and down until reaching half of the length on the left side. £245 + tip. We decided that the pink needed redoing.no drink nor water offered.4th appointment: i asked for a glass of water upon arrival. They blantly refused with the excuse of covid, like if you couldn’t take a plastic or paper glass and pour some water in it. This is shocking.I then went on explaining the issue of the highlights starting at very different points to Heather, who got very offended.The rest of the appointment was horrendous. 4 hours. My husband called me at some point asking a ETA, which i then had to ask to Heather. Her reply: what do you think?’ I tried to keep calm and continued to speak to my husband. Heather kept going on and on, speaking over me while I was on the phone ‘I’m just curious, how long did you think it will take? Just like last time’!I decided not to reply, keeping calm as my hair was in her hands.4 hours later.Bright pink. I asked her not to do bright pink to which she replied ‘ it would look better if it’s curled and anyway, it will wash off…’My husbands arrived so went to the till biting my tongue, almost crying.£180 charge + tip! For a mistake that she was correcting.I tried to question the charge with the receptionist. Heather overheard and in front of clients, shouted from across the salon: ‘ you should be happy, I should have charged you more!’I left before making a scene and embarrass her even more, after she shouted in front of other clients. What a shame, what an attitude, what a poor service and quality all around. It’s shocking.Haircut + highlights: £495 + tips. This is more expensive than NYC!Don’t go. Had a terrible experience with Heather.

Critical: ProfessionalismTried to book a appointment, unfortunately there was a scheduling error by the staff and the appointment was missed. When trying to book another appointment the employee was extremely rude and kept interrupting me and then preceded to hang up on me and then not pick up my other calls. Tried to book a appointment, unfortunately there was a scheduling error by the staff and the appointment was missed. When trying to book another appointment the employee was extremely rude and kept interrupting me and then preceded to hang up on me and then not pick up my other calls. I am sure the services they provide are great but if you have to go through bad customer service to get it then you it’s not worth it.
