My husband and I stopped by Chi Spa on a Saturday afternoon for chair massages followed by foot massages. It was WONDERFUL! So relaxing and just what we needed after a stressful week losing our family pet. We will definitely be back! Last Saturday I had went to a massage therapist somewhere else and left with the same problem I went in with. But, this visit worked out all the kinks and stress. But just so you know, they are not necessarily gentle, but they work hard to release the knots. Of course they will be gentler if you request it.

My back was on fire when I woke up this morning. I decided to visit chi spa for a quick massage and unfortunately…ended up with more knots in my back afterwards. I really feel like the “chi” in the massage title is just marketing. There’s nothing relieving about it honestly. You’re working with bones, not rags! Pressure was inconsistent throughout the whole session, 15 whole minutes of the back massage was spent on my neck, and the techniques lacked focus to tension! Definitely was a big mistake to get a mall massage. It’s almost the same as getting nachos from a gas station. I would pass, unless you just don’t mind getting rung like a mop.

HORRIBLE!!!! I will never come back here today I was in the mall and had tenderness in my neck and shoulders I was going to give them a try. Until the lady that works there came up to me I told her which massage I wanted then a guy comes in right behind me and she stops assisting me and jumps for joy in his face and pulls him in to service him. Mind you they hounded me since when I first walked in the mall to come and get a massage. The male employee did apologize but I still will never think to go here ever again.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismToday I had a bad experience at Chi Spa. I paid for the 60 minute massage with foot massage included but I really got only 30 minutes. I was assisted by 2 ladies-one worked on my feet & another one worked in my back. I should have had a relaxing moment but both massages were done with extreme pressure applied and the lady who was working on my back used her elbow while pressing really hard on my muscles, instead of using her hands to perform a true massage. When my massage was finished I realized something was wrong because the timer was showing 30 minutes and I asked her about that. She told me – 30 minutes is your back and 30 minutes is your feet. You got 2 people working on you at same time. But she didn’t asked me if I wanted 2 people working on me and if I paid for 60 minutes I want 60 minutes. I didn’t argue with her because it’s not worthy. I just wanted my first day of 2022 started well but now I’m sore and disappointed. I had a bad experience before in this same place some month ago. I paid for 15 minutes massage and I only got 13 and my husband realized that and he told me – she rushed on you because that another customer showed up here for a massage and she didn’t want losing him. Today I had a bad experience at Chi Spa. I paid for the 60 minute massage with foot massage included but I really got only 30 minutes. I was assisted by 2 ladies-one worked on my feet & another one worked in my back.
