I was looking for a extremely relaxing 2 hour massage and let me tell you, Reece was my LMT and he was Amazing and Professional. He targeted different muscles and pinpointed tough stress areas immediately. Seriously, He has the softest hands which was a +++. I left Chi Spa feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of my day. I 100% recommend Chi Spa and Reece. Great job! It takes something extreme for me to write a review and I’ve had 100s of massages so again, thank you.

The service was good and the staff were really friendly. The facial was amazing. The only thing that upset me was the fact that we showed up early for our appointment and were still waiting in the lobby passed our scheduled massage time, not to mention the masseuse finished the massage a few minutes early too and walked out during the massage. At the end of the service we were quoted tip prices higher than what we were told before. IMO be grateful for 20% tip and anything you get more than that is a bonus but dont ask for a higher tip that is just rude.

Promoting too many modalities with lack of proficiency. There are some wonderful therapist here, however the poor treatment from reception overshadowed my experience. Also, the membership isn’t worth it.

Nice small clean spa. New clients have to setup an account/intake/CC on MindBody before appointments can be confirmed. Not a big deal that took a few minutes to set. My therapist Reese was great! He has firm pressure and took care of my aches and pain. Will definitely be back. ♂️

Fabulous Spa has a calm and serene energy. I am a physical therapist (Get Physical LLC) and Ernesto gave me a deep tissue massage. He is highly skilled in deep tissue, therapeutic and sports massage. Best massage I have had in years. Highly recommend both the spa and Ernesto! Great experience 🙂

I booked a couples massage through a deal on Groupon however when it came to the appointment that’s where Chi Spa messed up three times within a week. Last Saturday was supposed to be my initial appointment and while I was driving there they called to tell me my appointment had to be canceled due to someone catching COVID. I understood and the receptionist made another appointment for me to come in on 6/18. I called on 6/17 because I didn’t receive a follow up email or text confirming my appointment. When I texted the number I was informed there was no appointment. I spoke with the office manager and explained to her my conversation just the previous Saturday with her receptionist. She ensured to fix it and scheduled me for 6/19. On my way to the appointment, I was contacted by the office manager at 9:24am that one of the employees called out that was supposed to be doing our massage. She tried to reschedule however at this point I was completely over this place. Thanks to Groupon I was able to get my money back and will be using it towards some other massage parlor. Do not waste your time with this unorganized establishment!

I had 30 minutes Reflexology and 90 minute Raindrop Treatment including Reiki, with and added 30 minutes to the massage. I am not new to massage or energy work….Absolutely amazing! The spa itself has such an awesome calming vibe; very clean & neat; relaxing music. I got there early (was visiting from out of town and had an extra day d/t flight cancellations) and waited in the waiting area while having a cup of tea and just relaxing. I hardly ever complain, but this is by far the worst massage I have ever had in 30 plus years and am used to getting massages very regularly and with several different therapists. My husband and I got couples massages here on vacation so we had separate therapists. I am not going to speak to his therapist. My therapist greeted me wearing sweat pants and a T-shirt. No company logo. His techniques were extremely rough and sent pain up my spine. I literally was holding my breath and wanted to get off the table. He never asked how the pressure was as they usually do. I asked for medium pressure on my paperwork prior to my massage. I couldn’t wait for this massage to be over. He used very little lotion and I felt my skin burning from being rubbed too dry. The Therapists offered us water after our massages and we said thank you politely and left. The front desk lady came running out into the parking after us after we were already in our car asking us if the $20 tip my husband gave them was “ALL” we were leaving? She said we needed to close out our ticket, but nobody was up front to check up out when we left and we had already given them our credit card and were told good bye by the two therapists so did not know otherwise. This was a poor experience from beginning to end and was highly disappointed.
