I love this nail salon! They are fantastic at making the nails thin and shaped to your desires. Unfortunately they ran out of the color I was looking for but found a solution by combining two that would create the same color and effect of my original choice. Also, Wendy did a superb job on my sister’s nails.

50 dollars for a fill with gel. Nails were so lumpy and misshapen. Very sharp and jagged. After 5 days my nails completely peeled so I went back because they didn’t take the time to cure the gel fully. And again today just after the “fix one of my nails completely peeled again.

The last time I went in, I got my acrylics taken off and a new set put on since the old ones were lifting, and the girl who did them did a really sloppy job. It took her about 20 minutes for the whole process, and she treated my hands like they weren’t attached to my body.The final product was so sloppy, I went back a couple of weeks later and started all over with a new set AGAIN, but this time I requested to go to Margie (she’s always done a great job when I had her by chance in my past rotations). Margie spent an hour and 15 minutes carefully removing my old nails and applying the new ones, shaping them by hand and taking her time to make sure they looked perfect.Y’ALL WHEN I SAY MY NAILS COULD BE IN A MAGAZINE I’m never going to another nail tech again, Margie is the absolute queen.Service: Acrylic nailsI’ve gone to Chi for a few months now and have always rotated nail techs depending on who was available when I went in. I’ve gone to Chi for a few months now and have always rotated nail techs depending on who was available when I went in. The last time I went in, I got my acrylics taken off and a new set put on since the old ones were lifting, and the girl who did them did a really sloppy job. It took her about 20 minutes for the whole process, and she treated my hands like they weren’t attached to my body.

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, both were gel and done by the same person. She was friendly and professional. One week out my pedicure looks great and I haven’t experienced any lifting. Two days after the appointment one of my finger nails chipped so I went back to get it redone. They got me in and didn’t charge for the repair. The day after that 80% of my nails were lifting and peeling. I called to ask if I could get my nails completely redone and they were able to get me in. The job done was terrible! None of my nails are smooth and now it’s been 4 days since the redo and they are chipping again. Although they didn’t charge for the second manicure it does not meet my expectations and I have not been happy with it at all. I will not be returning!

By far the worst dip manicure I have ever had! None of my nails are the same size or shape, they are bumpy and uneven. I have 2 different colors and one of the colors is mixed with the other. They did at least offer to fix them and schedule me another appointment. I will review again after the fix as I have friends who love this place….everyone deserves a second chance

In a rush so I called and asked if they had time to see me in ten minutes – they said yes. When I showed up they just smiled and said another ten mins …. Don’t waste my time. I wouldn’t have stopped here if you had been honest. Definitely a great place to get smashed into a nail factory and looks like one of the cleaner places I’ve seen but it’s not worth it to me to even try it now after they did that. If you don’t mind waiting as a walk-in, I’m sure you’d have a nice manicure, but I would not trust their estimates over the phone.
