Not the most fashionable place on the outside but don’t let it fool you. I was one big knotted mess upon arrival. Came out feeling like a new person. As good if not better than some of the fancy spa places and the Chiro massage therapist. Great value. I can’t wait to go back!

I scheduled a couples massage for me and my girlfriend to try it out. I needed more deep tissue, and she is more of a swedish massage preference. As a massage therapist myself, I was surprised they did not do an intake, where they ask the client questions essential to discussing a massage plan prior to getting on the table. My girlfriend was very relaxed and enjoyed her massage. Hers was perfect and met her needs. She was asked if pressure was ok, and it was nice to feel the hot stone massage on her back. I, myself, enjoyed my massage too, but I feel like my therapist didn’t take the time to properly warm my body up prior to performing deep tissue. I feel it is very important to gradually go deeper on the pressure instead of going super deep immediately. I definitely appreciate the efforts made to get rid of my knots and tension I had all over my body, especially my back. I felt a lot of release going on tension wise, but my body would have benefited from a proper warming up of my tissue first. Maybe I should have spoken up about my experience to the therapist more. I did let her know when pressure was too much, but maybe I should have told her to gradually increase pressure. Price wise, it was very reasonable! Very affordable! Nice people and relaxing atmosphere overall, but needs a little improvement.
