My husband and I have been here twice and they do a great job. Sam did great work on my dip nail manicure and deluxe pedicure. And my husband was very happy with the manicure and pedicure they did on him. They provide more of the nail cleanup and massaging services since he doesn’t get polish and he loves it. My dip nails lasted a long time and I’m very hard on my nails (farm girl!). Highly recommend and this is now our regular place.

Went to this salon for the 1st time yesterday and was very pleased. The salon is bright and new and IMMACULATE! No tossing of nail debris onto the floor as I have seen in certain salons. Chi Chi did a beautiful job on a new set of nails and was most interested that I was pleased. She believes in customer satisfaction and wants to grow her business. I will definitely return.

It was an awesome experience. Everything was very clean. I felt Chi Chi’s attention was only on me. I also felt they were taking great care to following the governor’s protocols. There were dividers between the technicians and customers for manicures. Everyone was wearing a mask, and clients were spaced out, so no one was close to each other.

Critical: CleanlinessI walked in and told the receptionist I needed pink & white full. They escorted me to a young woman to work on my nails. After cutting them down she said: we don’t have time or enough people for fill! Young female working on nails speaks Vietnamese to other lady. Young woman gets up & walks away. So then my nails were cut, not filed, not filled just raw cut down with drill. That’s it then ……. proceeded to tell me they can file them but no fill today! I am a retired manicurist……none of these foreign shops are worth anything. They talk behind your back and laugh at you. After cutting them down she said: we don’t have time or enough people for fill! Young female working on nails speaks Vietnamese to other lady. Young woman gets up & walks away. I had the best gel manicure at Chi Chi’s Nail and Spa by technician Jimmy yesterday. He was very detailed. He listened to how I wanted my nails to look and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this salon. Everyone was very friendly.

My fiancée and I went to Chi Chi’s to prepare for our beach wedding. The staff was friendly and accommodating and they provided a great value. They have massage chairs for you to sit in during your pedicure that are amazing. They even let me continue to sit in the massage chair while my fiancée had her nails done.
