Carmen was AMAZING for my microblading experience and my brows look AMAZING! It’s been a month since my touch-up and I am in love with my brows. I highly recommend Carmen. She explains the whole process during the first appointment and the touch up. She makes sure that you are comfortable the whole time and is very precise with getting the shape and color that you want for your brows. I decided to have my eyebrows microbladed by Carmen and it was honestly the best decision I made. Carmen was so welcoming and explained the entire process to me. She made sure I was comfortable and took the time to answer my questions. She was SO meticulous when shaping my brows ; she is definitely a true perfectionist! During our first appointment, I and accidentally no-showed to my appointment because I wrote down the wrong time. Carmen rescheduled with me the following week and was so nice about it. I expected to be charged a fee for needing to reschedule at the last minute but she didn’t charge me which I really appreciated.During the appointment, she took the time to explain everything to me and was patient and diligent about mapping out the correct shape. She is honestly a perfectionist in the best way possible. She takes so much pride and time with the quality of her work. She is so down to earth and talked with me like we’ve been girlfriends for years. She made me feel comfortable and made sure that there was no pain throughout the procedure.Carmen is AMAZING and I can’t wait for my touch up in the next year or so.
