Today the lady who provided nail service was very rude. You should avoid her she is Slender, with black hair, 2 of the other ladies had reddish hair, there is a slightly heavier one and really young one with black hair as well. This particular lady has always had on the 1970 print straight leg pants. I am trying to describe her because she was that rude and horrible nail job. I ask to have my nails cut, no response from her, and she proceeded she cut my nails too short. I told her— her response—I did not cut much. She nicked my cuticle no sorry— just kept going. They may not miss my $, but I will not miss the rudeness.

I decided to patronize Chhoy for the 1st time. My arrival time was 9:40 am and departure time was 10:10am. My opinion is that they are overpriced for the service they give. This was not my first pedicure, but it was my 1st one there and will definitely be my last. My usual salon was extremely busy and I didn’t want to wait. Next time I will be patient.

I’ve been here like 3 times & after I got my nails done back in October I never came back… they have what you call “ favorites “ so if you’re not one of them… you can get treated like … trash basically. Really rough & I always leave with cuts or something bleeding. Haven’t been back and won’t return. Nails last very long tho just be prepared for horrible service

The gentleman I had doing my nails was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. We did acrylic ombre almond shape with painted accent nail. It was a very reasonable price and he went above and beyond with the art on my nails. I went with my little sister while she got nails for homecoming and I went to treat myself. The gentleman I had doing my nails was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. We did acrylic ombre almond shape with painted accent nail. It was a very reasonable price and he went above and beyond with the art on my nails. I came here around August of 2019, the people are very friendly. When I came here, they gave me the best pedicure, I nearly fell asleep in the chair (not lying), they’re a little pricey, but they are friendly. When I picked out my toenail color they picked out my dip powder color too, I recommend going to them!!

The pedicure was okay. The gel manicure completely peeled within 4 days. I called to inform and Chhoy said to come in to get redone. The same manicurist replaced polish and Chhoy was kind enough to say ” we had no problem before you”. Truthfully I paid for services and was very disappointed and upon return treated like I was the problem. I will not return to the shop and upon letting Chhoy know he was short as he said “okay you have a nice day.” Zachary has many nail shops and will spend my money at one of the others. Beware of Chhoy if you want gel polish to last beyond 4 days.

Chhoy nails can do high quality nails with lots of designs but the actual service is not good. Every time I have been there I have had to sit in the chair for 1-2 hours before even being started on even when they aren’t busy. I usually get acrylics but even with very simple one color plain nails the price is around 100 dollars even with the wait. When you get your acrylics taken off here instead of taking them off they soak your nails in acetone for about an hour and go from there where as most places would just file them down and go from there. If you’re looking for something with lots of details or designs this is the place to go, but take note of the multiple hour long waits regardless and the prices.

Don’t go anywhere else in town! The service and people here are always professional. My daughter and I look forward to our days together in the salon. It’s always clean. They’re honest with their wait times if they’re busy and will help you reschedule something convenient if needed. I’ve tried so many other salons in Zachary and they always fell short in service or quality. Not Chhoy! We just got our first hombre nail design and I am obsessed with them. They’re becoming great friends, too. Definitely a locally owned business worth supporting.
