Dominique the owner is very professional and punctual. I definitely recommend the offer a number of services (braids, dyes, wigs, etc.) and walkins welcome. Sent a photo of the style i wanted and she replicated it perfectly. Very satisfied. They also sell beauty and hair products.

My first time there she made me feel welcomed, that was almost 2 years ago. She’s so polite and funny, she’s also very good at what she does. All I have to do is show her a picture of what I want for my daughter’s hair and she delivers every time. I had been looking for an stylist that could braid my daughter’s hair and mine, I found her through a google search. My first time there she made me feel welcomed, that was almost 2 years ago. She’s so polite and funny, she’s also very good at what she does. All I have to do is show her a picture of what I want for my daughter’s hair and she delivers every time. I will continue to get our hair done with Mrs. Dominique she really is amazing!!

Rush job on my niece’s hair. She literally told me she “wanted to get it done” because she said me niece was moving, which was a lie, my niece has gotten her hair braided numerous times by other stylist and never has she have any issues with sitting the entire time. I would never return to this inconsistent establishment again!!!

I only wish my hair was not cut as I payed extra for the length of the extensions. I would go here again because of the welcoming environment and skills!

Dominque, the owner, would not accommodate me any of my money when the service I received was poorly done. I wanted simple long box braids. But, instead they were short, uneven, and inconsistent. She then locked me out of the shop and I had to call Lockport police department to assist me. The officers even agreed with me and stated she was in the wrong. Now we have a civil suit case in progress. She also have several complaints from former customers according to Lockport police department.Unfortunately I did not receive the service that I paid for. I wanted simple long box braids. But, instead they were short, uneven, and inconsistent. She then locked me out of the shop and I had to call Lockport police department to assist me.
