I have been a client for 2 years and love it! The prices are unbeatable and Sally is awesome! The entire experience is always pleasant! They are dedicated to the clients, will always do what it takes to correct something if a client is unhappy. I got my hair glazed and it turned out to be too dark but this was ONLY one time out of the MANY times I have been to the salon, and Sally gave me clarifying shampoo from the Moroccan Oil line free of charge to lighten up the glaze and it worked beautifully! I don’t see how anyone could leave unhappy as they are always helpful no matter what!

I would not recommend this salon. I went there three times, the third time to fix the haircut from the second visit. The staff is decently nice, and the salon itself is clean, BUT the quality of the haircuts were sub-par and the stylist that I had did not take the time to really listen to my wants/concerns. Their focus was more on get you in and out fast, instead of quality control and customer satisfaction. I went for a haircut redo, giving the stylist the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was my fault and I just didn’t explain myself very well, but the third visit was confirmation that it was the stylist’s issue and not mine. On the outside, they were saying they wanted me to be happy and they would fix it no problem, but their actions said otherwise. She defended her work from the original haircut, instead of listening to my concerns about why I was unhappy with it, and then she rushed the redo. She didn’t cross check her work any of the times she cut my hair, and she didn’t take the time to understand how my hair reacts. The girl was nice, but with as many years of experience that she claimed to have, I expected a higher standard of consultation and haircut. I will not be going back, even though their prices are competitive in this area.
