It took one month to schedule an appointment for haircut and color and they CANCELED it ONE HOUR before the actual appointment. Options for reschedule the appointment was to wait one more month for the needed afternoon time or the fastest 2 weeks for the time the salon offers,which of course will not suit you. Absolutely inflexible and unreliable, schedule anywhere else if you want your hair done on time!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMe and my mother just got hairs dyed here.When we got there we showed them the pictures of the color of hair we want. Melissa took care of my hair and she said she couldn’t make it exactly. I understood for that. But then she insisted in cutting my hair which I didn’t want to. Then she started to show ATTITUDE and rudely commented that my hair was too bad for doing anything. Then she showed me some pics of the hair she could do. I didn’t like any of them. So I decided to make my root light brown and some hightlights. She still insisted NOT doing that!!! Is she supposed to do what customers want? Thats MY HAIR my MONEY not hers!I understand she can recommend things but that doesn’t mean she can decide without customers’ agreements.I was still calmed after she said she understood and would do it. But at the end my root was still black and my hair color was almost the same as what I had! NO hightlights popped! And I paid $300 for that.Still we NEVER asked to have hair treatment yet they did that without asking then charged us later for that.We had to pick up my son that was why we left without saying anything !!!But we can’t just pay $500 for two people and our hair still look the same! We tipped them well!I used to love this place thats why I took my mom here and recommended my sister to come.She will have appointment on This week too. But Im not sure after this anyone would really want to come again.Melissa showed attitude and they did and charged for service without asking customers first.I want my money back somehow! Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismGetting an appointment on a day/ time is very convenient at this salon. There are plenty of great hair artists and I never have to book out months ahead and they are always prompt and professional at appointments. I would only suggest a little better customer service at check in upon arrival. They were not rude in anyway but I stood their unacknowledged for a about 5 minutes ( awkward ) and I was the only person waiting. One girl on the phone the other fiddling on computer .. at least acknowledge and say “ I’ll be with you in 1 minute” other than that ? Getting an appointment on a day/ time is very convenient at this salon. There are plenty of great hair artists and I never have to book out months ahead and they are always prompt and professional at appointments. I would only suggest a little better customer service at check in upon arrival. The first time I got eyelash extensions here, they turned out great but as I continued to get fills, they did not look the same. I still went in hopes that they’d look like the first time but they didn’t. I just got a fill last Thursday and I’m losing a bunch of eyelashes and they clump together even when I brush them. I tried to call and explain considering it’s only been a week. They said they would fix them but would charge me again. I was nice enough to tip each time even though they don’t look like what hybrid eyelashes look like. I know that now especially after looking at other pictures. I even showed my friend and she said they don’t look like hybrids at all. They seem to look balding and like a natural set maybe. I really doubt wearing a nars eyeliner on my top eyelid has caused them to fall out this much and so fast. I’ll be going elsewhere. Disappointed because I leave for Florida soon with these and they look bad.

I had my nails done here (gel polish), 2-3 days after it started to peel and chip. I paid 55$ for below mediocre service. Very disappointed of the results. I wouldn’t recommend for nails. However, everyone was nice at the salon.
