Danielle has been cutting and styling my hair for years – She is the BEST. I have fine, curly hair that can be difficult to manage – She is a skilled Ouidad stylist in addition to regular cuts for my wavy-haired daughter. She also does a fantastic job with color services: highlights, lowlights and all over color. She gives thoughtful input when asked and takes great care of our hair!

I booked an appointment a week in advance. Got multiple confirmation texts from them including on the day of the appointment 2 hours before it. But 1 hour ahead of the appointment someone called me and said that they need to reschedule because the stylist was double booked. Mind you, I had spoken to the stylist when booking the appointment. And they said I could either come to them in the next 30 minutes or the next day. Neither worked for me. Then within the next hour or so they send me promotional text messages to book my holiday appointment before it’s too late. I wouldn’t recommend a place that does not respect their clients’ time no matter how good they are.

I got a 60 minute massage from Tori, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. She is truly in-tune with the body. I asked Tori to focus on my problem areas but still complete a full-body massage. She spent the perfect amount of time on each section. I highly recommend Tori’s massage services!

Critical: Quality, ValueI really wanted to like this salon. The people were so nice and I had fun spending my Friday there. The massage was good. I also got a manicure/pedicure and classic eyelash extensions. My No chip chipped by the end of the weekend. I use gloves while cleaning so I was very gentle. Eyelash extensions are suppose to last up to 2-3 weeks. It’s been less than a week and these are nearly gone. I also asked for the classic natural look, but what was falling out were fans. I was very gentle. I did not wash my hair for 3 days as to not get them wet; I also skipped hot yoga for almost the entire week. I’m just very disappointed.I really wanted to like this salon. My husband booked me a day here as a mini-getaway and it was WONDERFUL. I got a massage, a facial, lunch, a manicure, and a pedicure. The staff was friendly and kind from start to finish. The nail tech wrapped my pedicure so I could put my socks and boots on for the snowy drive home and not worry about it getting mussed.

Lucia cuts both my and my children’s hair and always manages to get the little ones to sit still and surprises them with a lollipop at the end. Morgan does my lash extensions – a service that is an indulgence that quickly turns into an addiction. She’s professional and courteous and has a wicked sense of humor. Morgan even managed to keep my 10 week old happy during a recent session by feeding her, rocking her and holding her – all while still doing my lashes!
