I recently had Rachel do my hair and makeup for my son’s wedding. I was so very impressed with her level of confidence and skill. After she finished and turned me around I was shocked at how good I looked! I felt so beautiful at the wedding because of all her efforts. My hair and makeup looked good during wedding and the entire reception which were held out side! Rachel was so pleasant and talented! And, I was really amazed when she didn’t charge over $90 for both on a holiday weekend! I will see her again every time I have a special event!

Wow.. these girls are true salon professionals! I am extremely picky about who does my hair. I’ve been told all my life I have great hair however, giving me the choice and understanding my lifestyle along with facial features is always the option. I don’t want to pick out a picture and tell you this is what I want.. I’m not the professional; will my hair do this, will it look good on me? That’s what these professionals do! We received a warm welcome, offered drinks a great atmosphere and front desk person. Jenna was wonderful!!! The only reason for my four stars is because of another stylist treatment of Jenna. She talked about how to store her scissors and then actually took over when Jenna was in the middle of cutting my friends hair making everyone feel uncomfortable. She didn’t introduce herself or explain why she took over the hair cut. My friend and I wanted to start our girls day at Cheveux Salon. We were both scheduled with Jenna. We received a warm welcome, offered drinks a great atmosphere and front desk person. This is an awesome salon! I’m from out of town and made an appointment for color and cut. Kristina did an awesome job! She asked the right questions and listened to my answers. She matched the color perfectly. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time. When in the area again I will definitely go back to Cheveux Salon!!

Just showed a picture for the color…she showed up and she did her thing. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the name of the girl but she was absolutely amazing. They all were so nice and really showed good customer service. I don’t cut or color my hair a lot but when I do I will start coming here. Amazing place and people. 10/10 recommend.

This salon does not honor appointment times. That are quick to call you and leave a message about when you are expected, but they don’t carry through on their end. I went today for the first time. I was 20 minutes early. They said Christina was busy with a client to which I said no problem, I’m early. Several minutes before my 2:00 appointment I heard the receptionist call and leave someone a message that they had missed their appointment and would need to reschedule as Christian had a 2:00 appointment. A few minutes before 2:00 a woman walked in, the receptionist said she had just left her a message because she had missed her appointment time, the woman said she thought it was at 2:00. She walked on back and Christian began to cut her hair. The owner was there but did not step in. I waited another half hour and then got up to leave. They said Christina was almost ready for me. I didn’t get mad, I didn’t raise my voice, I just said no thank you and left. Now that I am home they’ve called to leave a message about how sorry they are and offered a free manicure. I do my own nails and would never waste time getting a manicure. I had gone with high hopes of getting myself established with a new stylist. Here is a suggestion to the salon, don’t let people jump ahead in line, honor the appointments you make with people. You made a choice to take the rude woman who doesn’t know how to honor an appointment. I was there 20 minutes early. They made the choice as to what client they want to continue with and it isn’t me. I’ll not go back, I can’t be bribed. I just want the service I schedule for when I schedule it. People trying to “make nice” doesn’t impress me at all, it just makes things worse with me. I don’t recommend this salon.

Worst customer service I’ve encountered. One lady yelled at me, saying I wasn’t specific on the phone with what I wanted done. I specifically said I would like an ombre/gradient effect to resemble a sunset, with oranges, pinks, reds, and maybe purples. I asked if they had time for this and they said yes, at 12. I showed up a half hour early and was told they couldn’t do that, and she wouldn’t have time if they could. That’s when I was told I wasn’t specific on the phone and they couldn’t do what I wanted done. Terrible service. If you can’t do it, don’t say you can.
