I made a appointment with a lady here about 4 months ago and the DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT as I’m on the way there the lady calls me and saids that she wasn’t gonna be able to make it to do my hair. Then as I’m trying to call and make a appointment and maybe try them again they don’t even answer their phones! This is the worst hair salon in my opinion.. Honestly need to work more on getting people in there that know how to answer a phone or don’t cancel on you the day of!
