I worked with Kelli Marshall from this salon for my wedding hair and makeup. In the excitement of the day, I was overcharged for the services I received and did not notice that I had been charged $100 more than our contracted amount until the following day. (A deposit previously made toward services was not correctly. applied. We were later told that a $100 fee had been charged for the provision of services that morning on site, but $100 was still unaccounted for). Multiple attempts to bring this to her attention and have this resolved have gotten me nowhere. Speaking to other artists in the area, I’m learning this is not atypical behavior, apparently. Be careful, I was burned by my experience with this salon.
