I hired Courtney and Jess to do my wedding hair and makeup for me (bride), my mother, mother in law, and 3 bridesmaids. Courtney and Jess are superstars and I’m honored to have worked with them. They showed up bright and ready at 8am, kits organized, and had a whole system going where Jess would do someone’s hair, and Courtney would do makeup, then swap and move onto the next pair of ladies. They were given inspiration makeup and hair photos on the spot and matched them exactly! They were so fast that all of us were finished getting ready early! I’m so blessed to have worked with them for my wedding! They’re the best!

Also, they have the best chairs to sit in when washing your hair out. Most salons have chairs that hurt your head & neck. Not this salon. The chair was the comfiest chair I have ever sat in to get my hair washed out! I got my hair done by Jessica & I absolutely loved it. She did an amazing job. The inside of this salon is beautiful. The staff is all extremely nice and very professional. Also, they have the best chairs to sit in when washing your hair out. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE AT THIS SALON!The owner Traci does NOT care, once she gets your money.I chose this salon because I followed Jessica somehow on IG and her work “appeared” good. I showed her a pic of what I wanted she said she could do it no problem and I specifically said cover the grey in the front and she completely missed the front and the color does not look like the pic. I then had to go back and have the front done and again the color NOT what I wanted. Again, looks brassy exactly what I said I did not want and it looks like I have a month of regrowth. I called the Salon Monday at noon to speak to the owner (as I was there Saturday before Easter, I knew it was busy) and got a text from the hairdresser that day. I had to request from her to have the owner call if she was the one making a decision to refund me some sort of financial refund. Traci could NOT even take two minutes out of her day to call an unhappy customer. 48 hours later she texts me that she’s busy with customers and can’t respond asking “what is the problem?” She couldn’t even call??!!! I responded back to her with the “problems” and she never responded. As a busy nurse, it was hard enough getting there. Her unprofessionalism is despicable. Hope others do not go through the same nonsense I did. I do not live around the corner to drive out there 3 times in a week! Hope you aren’t unhappy with the final product because Traci doesn’t care once she has your money.DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE AT THIS SALON!The owner Traci does NOT care, once she gets your money. …More
