New to the area and had a not so great experience with a groupon for Botox somewhere else when I first moved here (pretty sure they were diluting it based on the fact it lasted about a month and a half when it normally lasts 4 months for me). I luckily found Katie Harclerode, the Nurse Practitioner in the medspa. She was really nice and made me feel at ease immediately. Now I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but WOW….perfect results with the Botox every time and the lip fillers I had done this week. Was pretty anxious about getting my lips done at first because I didn’t want them to look overdone, but she is truly an artist! They look completely natural and I LOVE them. I’ll be back, thanks again Katie!!

How did I not know about this place sooner! Getting better results from Botox and Juvéderm by the NP Katie than I ever had in this area. She always does her best to fit me in when her schedule is tight and and seems to really care about my needs. Also started laser hair removal about 6 months ago which I am loving! The quote I recieved at Ideal Image was about twice what she charges…just nothing but good things to say about this place.

If you want experience and quality, go to Katie! I can’t stop singing her praises after she corrected a botched under eye filler job by a RN at Advanced Aesthetics. Literally, in 25 minutes she fixed the bags and darkness created by the poor technique used at the other place. I am so grateful.
