The massage was okay even though I asked for firm pressure and she was not strong enough to accommodate. The problem that I had was the payment transaction. They charged a service tax and then the massage therapist got upset because I would not give her a $20 tip for a 30 minute massage. She literally asked me for that. I felt like I was negotiating with someone selling fake Rolex watches in Times Square. Unprofessional and will not go back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe foot massage was just ok no washing of the feet or even washing their hands . Just nasty !To make matter worse, I decided to finish the half hour and leave a tip ( just something I do )The fee was $50.00 and I gave $5.00 tip The lady started talking (didn’t want to talk at first,but now she’s talking ) about she wanted a $10.00 tip .
