Worst salon ever. They advertise $65 for a partial highlight online and told me at my appointment it would be $250 because my highlights were finely weaved and I have two colors in my hair. I said I just want half my hair highlighted and she insisted that was “not a partial, a partial is 4 or 5 foils.” That’s $13-$15 a foil. She said if she were to do a partial it would be chunky and wouldn’t match my existing highlight. She offered to do a highlight with one color on half of my hair for $150, again still insisting this was “not a partial.” She was so rude, disrespectful,and unprofessional. I could tell that she just didn’t want to do my hair and was finding excuses not to. I have never been to a salon who doesn’t do the weave technique so I don’t know why that was going to be factored into the price. I have also never had “two colors” put in my hair. Stylists have always used the same volume of bleach for my highlights. I understand and expect not to pay a flat rate because it always depends on how much product my hair requires, but to advertise $65 and tell me it’s going to be $250 is insane. I’ve never been treated so horribly by a stylist before. I cannot believe I wasted even a second of my time in that salon.

Becka does the best job on my hair of any salon I have ever been to. Most other places I have been to charged twice as much as she does, and would leave dye on my skin around my hairline and have it washing out that evening (I have a dark color.) She takes care of all these details every time and does a fabulous job. She even does my toddler’s haircuts now, and she always gets compliments afterwards.

I had a solid experience here for about 1 year straight. One day (November 2018) my stylist botches my haircut, the sides and back were left very uneven and lopsided. I decide, people are human I will give them another chance. Set an appointment, then approximately 1 week later go to the appointment. The doors are locked, not a soul in sight. 24 hours later I get a call from someone( not my stylist) informing me the location is closed, and going to be relocating. Sorry guys, I am done. Going back to my original barbershop. Don’t set appointments if you are closing/moving. Also where is my stylist?? So the heater went out at the location, and instead of getting that fixed the entire salon shuts down, and stylists start working out of other salons??? Sorry, I am not buying it.

I went in on Fri took my daughter and my sister I was told that when I didn’t think it was cut how I wanted it she barely tried more off didn’t put layers in my hair just used thining shears and then when I still wasn’t happy was told if I wanted it cut more I would have to pay for another cut . Did the same with my daughter and didn’t if blend her bangs in then my sister only had a wash and hair straightened and I was charged 40 dollars .Yes she has long hair yet my sister said she had never paid more then 25 for the same service. I watched her be rude to a customer. Coming in looking to get his daughters hair cut .So unhappy will never go back and I feel for the ones that don’t know really said I liked the other girls that use to work there To bad the daughter doesn’t have the same business head as her mom.

Nice people overall. But when I requested more layering after drying it felt like I was asking for something strange or unreasonable. The hair stylist looked confused and then another hair stylist (maybe the owner?) rushed over and briefly gave me more layers in a very hurried manor while the original stylist looked upset. I hate feeling like an inconvenience, especially when I’ve been to plenty of salons where they have no problem at all adjusting the cut to my liking after the blowout. Paid $40 for an okay haircut and wash/dry without any styling.

I have visited this salon on multiple occasions. Each time I have visited I have experienced TERRIBLE customer service. I have had a set appointment time at each visit and every time I have not been seen until 45 min to an Hour late. My most recent visit, the lady I booked with double booked herself and ignored me for an hour and a half then offered me a free haircut for my trouble. That would have made up for it, however she proceeded to charge me the full $15 when she was done. So much for the ‘free haircut’. I paid her and went on my way. I will never return to this salon.

I’ve got my haircut here 3 times. The first time it looked pretty good the second time looks like crap and the third time she just sped through it and I was very unsatisfied and had to go get it fixed. I am a man they might be better with women’s hair but not with men’s hair. I like my barber to take there time and not get it done in like 7 minutes.
