Critical: QualityMy daughter and I went to get our nails done yesterday , I just a pedicure and my daughter needed to get her gels soaked off and new gels put on. First of all she was the rudest woman we have ever meet! My daughter said she liked Almond shape ,she was replied with “I will not do almond shape”! Then never soaked off her gell just used the drill. Please see below the end result! Without a doubt the worst nails I have ever seen! She knew it was horrible because she told my daughter to come back and didn’t charge her. ( my daughter never said a word, she is so sweet and would never say anything). She was so upset so she went to another place where we normally go and they couldn’t believe it. They soaked everything off but could not put anything back on them because her nail beds had burns on them and cuts on almost every sides of her nails! They just gave her a gentle manicure and told her to come back in three weeks. Her nails hurt so badly today! Beware. My daughter and I went to get our nails done yesterday , I just a pedicure and my daughter needed to get her gels soaked off and new gels put on. Got my nails done last Wednesday & tried dip powder for the first time and my nails started breaking off the next day. I won’t going to this nail salon again and won’t be doing dip powder again, obviously it doesn’t stay on as well as acrylic. Not worth what I paid and they won’t fix my nails for free, they want to charge me full price to redo them.

The women of Cherry Nails are classy and skilled! They helped us make an appointment for 4 ladies and a 6 year old. We all walked out lighter and prettier than when we walked in. Excellent experience and incredible pedicure. The massage and paraffin were not rushed! Thank you for a great visit!

They made me wait for 30 mins and then gave me the worst pedicure ever! She gave me massage for less than 4 mins when it should have been a full 10 mins and then kept rubbing my legs with hot stone (hot stone was supposed to be in addition to the 10 mins massage by hands). After that wrapped my legs in warm towel which made my legs super dry and then no moisturizer at all. I’m not going back.

Coming here a pretty pleasant experience from when I walked in (as a new walk in client) to finishing and paying. When I walked in the greeted me and ask what I was wanting to get done. they were pretty busy when I got in but they still took their time with everyone they were currently attending and got me started within 10 minutes.

If I could give lower i would. First when my daughter and I walked it i was told how much it would be. Fine. Second I asked for one thing was told they dont do it. Great . When asking the process and steps the lady doing my nails was very rude about their process. I had never had sculpting gel used on my nails so I was curious. I asked for a pink and white. Was told she was going to charge me $75 for the gel and having a white tip put on. Umm really. I will not be coming back. I would much rather go to the “poor” side of town where they are friendlier, more than willing to accommodate as well as do an awesome job. My nails are different lengths.. not fond of them.

So glad I stopped by Cherry Nails on a whim while in the area. Sue was meticulous about creating the perfect look for my nails (dip and gel combination). This salon is 45 minutes from where I live but I plan to make the trip for the future. Sue did an amazing job, took her time, fun conversation, and even gave a neck rub! I’m looking forward to my next visit and will do a pedicure as well. This is the best salon I’ve ever been to.
