I made an appointment well in advance for multiple services because I had a special event. My schedule was very tight which is why I made the appointment well in advance. I received an email the day before CONFIRMING my appointment. The morning of my appointment I received a call that the technician wasn’t going to be around so she wanted to change the time to 10 am (45 minutes from the time she called). Umm, I have a JOB, no I can’t just decide to leave work RIGHT THIS SECOND because you are unprofessional and can’t manage your schedule! I said, just give me anyone else. I don’t care. My schedule is not flexible. They would not give me anyone else because other people were busy. What is the point of making appointments and confirming them if you are not going to honor them? Terrible Terrible Terrible.
