I’ve been coming to this location for about 5 months. I come once a week to get my hair washed and blown out since I have tape-in extensions and don’t want to deal with it myself. I have very thick and long hair that I only wash about once a week, this past week I have been under a large amount of stress and thought Id treat myself to a blowout for the weekend. My stylist was super nice and friendly but she did not wash my hair correctly, yes she shampooed twice but she only worried about the crown of my head and did not wash the back or hairline. I asked for a simple blow out with movement and the ends flipped out to compliment my layers. She pulled all my hair straight down and only worried about my ends. My hair looked like third day hair leaving the salon, like I said I usually go about a week between washes and my professional hair wash/blow out lasted me 3 days.

I came here for the first time for a blowout/scalp massage/and trim to treat myself & let me just say this is my first negative review on Google. My stylist was Britney. She was really nice and she did a great scalp massage but she made me look like Shirley Temple, she put a ton of product in my hair, and my roots weren’t even remotely smoothed out. She also forgot to trim my hair, which is totally fine, an honest mistake, but just something to add. I naturally have thick curly/wavy hair I told her I just wanted a classic blowout with some volume, not straight because I can straighten my own hair.. she used a curling iron on my ends and put a TON and I mean a ton of products on my roots because I was getting the sense she didn’t know how to style my type of hair? I’m not sure. But I even noticed the customer next to me had whispered to her stylist, asking if my stylist was on drugs, and I knew after seeing how she was doing my hair and seeing that she couldn’t handle my hair from the start it wasn’t going to be good. but I didn’t complain and I didn’t want to cause a scene. I paid $50 something dollars and I tipped her $15. I just wanted to put this out there for anyone planning on going to the Deptford Location. I don’t want this girl to lose her job over this or anything like that, maybe she was having a bad day but for $50+ at a BLOW DRY BAR I would definitely expect to leave with a decent blowout.

5 stars isn’t enough. I needed my makeup done for a wedding so I decided to try out this place. They did NOT disappoint!! She made my eyes look dramatic but not over the top which was perfect. I even got complimented when I went to a store afterwards. Also, I had to bring my 8 month old son with me and the MUA was beyond patient, super friendly and even did my makeup with my son sitting on my lap. I highly recommend going here if you need your makeup done. I plan to go back to get my hair done just because of the great experience I had with just the makeup.

Was a little apprehensive to go to cherry blow dry bar after seeing some if the reviews. But I always wanted to try it. They defin didn’t disappoint. I had an apt with Adriana and she was great. From the moment i got there she was very friendly easy to talk to and listened to the type of hair style and make up I wanted. She did a great job and I got lots of compliments on my hair and makeup at a family wedding. I will defin be booking her again for future events.
