Danielle was an attentive audience as I talked her ear off, but I felt we had a fun and interesting conversation. Meanwhile, she didn’t miss a beat with the drying of my hair. She asked what I’d like my hair to look like and though I could not show her a picture, or even articulate it thoroughly she listened and understood exactly what I meant, and then went about her business like a pro. End result she gave me the exact blow out that I wanted. She was professional, approachable, and a fun conversationalist. I left in a really good mood, was complemented by numerous people a few of whom asked me where I’d gotten my hair done. I told them.

I had my makeup done by Taylor and she did a phenomenal job! I was running late from a hair appointment at another salon and they accommodated me no problem. Taylor was able to do my makeup exactly how I asked for some professional pictures I was having done and I cannot wait to see how they come out! I definitely will use her again in the future!

Another great blow out! I’ve been going here for years and I have always left happy! Today I went in at 9 am to get ready for 11:40 family photos. The stylist did an A+ job! I left excited and my hair looked perfect at pictures, perfect for lunch, perfect into the late evening hours! I woke up 24 hours later and my hair is still perfect! They use product that makes hair shine! Thank you! As always, I’ll be back!

Extremely disappointed. I made an appointment to get my hair and makeup done prior to my wedding. Immediately upon the start of my appointment, my stylist was swearing and carrying on with a major attitude. I showed her what I wanted to do and she was confident in her abilities. I had specifically requested and been booked with someone capable to braid hair. After almost an over of trying and re-trying multiple times to achieve any sort of braided style, I had to stop the stylist from continuing and completely change the style. She continued to state she would be able to achieve what I wanted and clearly could not, all the while taking far longer than booked. Meanwhile, I had called about a week ahead to make two appointments for blowouts for my step daughters at the same time and was then told there was no appointments made for them upon their arrival. I had to stop my appointment to request someone assist in the mistake that the salon had made as my daughters were simply ignored. Everyone I encountered acted like they had better things to do and would rather be on their phones than working. I give one star ONLY because my makeup was done well despite being made to feel badly that I was keeping the artist from their plans after work. Luckily, I am not from the area and never have to return to this company as I am disgusted in the cost and treatment of myself and my family. Go elsewhere!

I did not have a good experience today. When getting my hair washed I felt the woman barely scrubbed my head. The little stimulation I felt, came from her rubbing the shower head against my scalp to remove the product. Moving onto the blow out portion, the woman blow dried my hair on the lowest heat and air setting. My hair is thick and curly but blow dries easily when heat is applied. She was rolling the brush and ripping at the ends while “drying”. When I saw what the end result was going to look like (scarecrow ends and spongy roots) I asked her to straighten my hair. She used an old straightening iron on low heat that kept snagging my hair and caused a ton of damage. By the end, she asked “Is it straight enough?” I was speechless. I paid with a gift card. I will not be returning.

I had a wedding to go to at 12pm so I made a 9am appointment. The stylist was late to work and didn’t arrive until 9:20am. Then I was asked if they could skip washing my hair and just use dry shampoo (which was not what the receptionist had told me when I booked the appointment). I asked for beach waves. There was barely any product applied to my hair and the waves fell out in about an hour. It was very disappointing to pay $50 for an hours worth of waves in my hair and then I had to restyle my hair before the wedding started.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been a member of the salon almost since they opened back in 2015 and once again they plopped a young, inexperienced, snotty receptionist as their first impression of the salon.There was tons of road construction so I called to tell them I would be about 5 minutes late and the receptionist said that was perfectly fine. I am aware of their policy that if you are 15 minutes late they have the option of not taking you because it backs up the stylist.Due to the crazy road issue I arrived 13 minutes late and as I went running into the salon she proceeded to inform me that I missed my appointment and the stylist LEFT. She told me their policy which I told her I knew but I still have a few minutes and she obviously didn’t have anyone after me AND I called so you KNEW I was coming.I explained the traffic issue and that per their policy I actually had two minutes left and more importantly why didn’t you call me to see how close I was before you just decided that I wasn’t getting my appointment.She said she was going to call me at 2:00 to tell me after she waited the full 15 minutes. I said to her BUT it isn’t two yet and I’m standing here and you are telling me I missed my appointment and that the stylist left before 2 which is ridiculous. She sat there not caring, not offering any options since the stylist I was booked with (Roselyn) up and left BEFORE 2pm. I love their veteran stylists, but the salon completely wasted my time and since I’m a member I pay monthly for the blow out she refused to give me. I think this time I’m done and will not be referring anyone there again.Below is part of the rescue I left last one and it still holds true.I never heard from ANYONE last time and I’m sure I will not this time either.They obviously do not care about their members.The franchise needs to provide customer service training for their hires or do not hire people without it.I’ve been a member since the day they opened and if it was not for the fact that their veteran stylists are super talented and extremely nice and enjoyable to be around , I would have considered revoking my membership.The company needs to invest in their receptionists are they are the consumer forefront in a hair salon.Service: HairstylingI have been a member of the salon almost since they opened back in 2015 and once again they plopped a young, inexperienced, snotty receptionist as their first impression of the salon. …More
