I’ve had 1 set and 2 fills. The acrylic is great, doesn’t pull up at the nail bed or chip. I’ve had 3 different artist and they’ve all been pretty great. A movie om Netflix is always playing which is nice bc they’re films you’d watch again but not pick while sitting at home. Staff is friendly, check in on the clients and ask how everything is at the end. I like it so far and I’ll keep going back unless something changes.

Went to get a manicure and gel pedicure. My manicure polish lasted less than 24 hours, it was thick and started chipping. I called to inquire about the polish chipping, and was told to come back so they could redo them. So I went back and the nail tech told me my nails were weak/thin, and that’s why the polish isn’t sticking. I asked if it could be from the nail polish itself being thinned out? And of course it was something on my part but wanted to upsell me on having an acrylic coating added to my natural nails. I declined. I would expect this type of service from a salon who’s price was less than $20. But when you pay $50 for a service I expect my polish to last more than 24 hours.

This place is a rip off. Like a lot of places it was pretty decent before Covid but since Covid customer service, quality, and everything went downhill. I’ve been to this place plenty before so i do have some good experiences there but since they’ve opened back up i have been there 3 times and have gotten terrible service. My sister and I had a punch card all filled up from there place and once you get it filled up you are supposed to get a free nail design so we were excited. But when we told the guy up at the front he was like “oh no our policy has changed you only get $5 off” (all of their design cost more than $5) and I said “but we had these cards filled before your policy had even changed, you guys should still honor the original reward” which I don’t think is something crazy to ask for but of course he claims there isn’t anything he can do, freaken liar. Especially since the card required 8 stamps to fill up which is easily $300. So incredibly upset they did not honor what they were supposed. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. They never did a really good filing shaping my nails and i am always rushed. My sister pick a color and the lady tech started putting it on but my sister noticed it was the wrong color and the nail tech had the audacity to tell her no that was the color she picked when it was completely different (I was sitting next to her watching). And she acted like it such a big deal to get the color she asked for?? And of course it seemed like they started talking about us. Very unprofessional, rude, horrible customer service. Will not be returning and I recommend getting your pretty nails done elsewhere.

Really like this place. Today I went and I got great service. I picked a color that didn’t turn out the way I wanted so my nail lady helped me find the one I actually wanted and was so patient with me. My nails turned out great 🙂

Tiny bit more costly than other places, but the quality far exceeds most. I’ve been coming here since 2013 and have always had a great experience. I’ve been going to see Diane for my almond stiletto for about 3 years now, I don’t even have to tell her what I need, she always knows and always does them perfectly.

I had gel nails done here before I left town for the month. A few hours later my nail chipped. I was frustrated but went back in and had it fixed at no cost. I asked them what should I do if it happens again since I would not be in town. They assured me that it is rare that this happens and it probably wouldn’t happen again. A few days later two more nails chipped. And then more just kept chipping away. I was then stuck with terrible looking nails that would not come off with just nail polish remover. When I returned after my month away I went back to let the manager know. I asked how he could remedy this situation and he said the best he could do was give me $5 off of my next gel manicure. I had been a patron of this salon for years and I will not be returning. I feel like I literally through my money in the trash. Terrible business practices here! Ended up going to Friday nails and a tech did a wonderful job on my nails. They lasted 3 weeks without chipping and were a better price.

Always my go-to spot. The owners are nice, remember you and are so accommodating for same day appointments. I never really have to set an appointment with any specific tech because all the girls do a great job. A little on the pricier side, but I’m always happy with how my nails turn out. Plus they always have a good rom com playing to help the time pass.
