Totally disabled Veteran. Coming back from Veteran’s retreat down the road. Back spasms were awful. Saw sign for Cherry Blossom. My birthday is in a few days so I treated myself to some pain relief. Was greeted by Cathy or Kathy. She was very friendly. Paid in advance for 1 hour. Received 1 hour. Cathy was AWESOME! Deep tissue was focused on neck, shoulders, and lumbar spine. Going in for VA spine injections in January. I am sure I can make it now! Totally awesome and professional massage and masseuse.

I’m an athlete and have been to at least 10 different massage parlors in my life. Never had such a horrible experience. I requested deep tissue when I booked online. They switched my room 3 times during the appointment, I was already undressed by the way. It was not a personalized experience. I made sure to put my phone on DND since the point of massages are to relax. Her phone was ringing & chiming my entire hour. I asked her to turn it off which she did not. About 10 minutes into my massage she stepped out to use the bathroom and since the walls are paper thin I heard the entire thing. It was not deep tissue. It wasn’t a quiet relaxing experience either. I was trying to leave without tipping because it wasn’t deserved in my opinion. They literally started arguing with me when I left without tipping. I ended up leaving a tip but I didn’t want to. Never again!

Me and my fiance loved the massage. Felt bad going in, felt amazing going out. They need someone at the front answering the phones and door. My masseuse kept stopping running back and forth and the phone kept ringing in her pocket. I’m not sure if I would return after that but the massage was good. Hate to see this be the norm for the business.
