Cheri has been doing my blonde highlights and keratin for six years now, and I have always love my hair when she’s done. She meticulously follows the pattern of prior highlights and color balances at the root so that my darker roots blend nicely. She takes her time and is a perfectionist and everything she does for your hair. Took me forever to find her when I first got down to Palm Beach.
