The FIRST time I went in there on Saturday March 6,2021 I got a lady named Allison. I came in and sat down at her station. I told her my desire length and hair color. The first thing she did was pull my hair to the BACK of my head and started chopping my hair. She said she is just going to take some length off so i didn’t have to pay for all that dye if I was just going to cut it any way. I thought this was reasonable but I had no idea how short my hair was at this point. (First red flag)

They stylist there are so so sweet and welcoming. I usually have all three of my children with me when I come and they have always made me feel welcomed even with 3 tiny ones in toe! They take their time to make sure you get the cut you’re looking for. Allison ALWAYS works with me when it comes to getting my 2 year olds hair the right cut and evenness I’m looking for and she is very patient with my husband when he cant decide the length of his cuts lol. It is also a very clean salon which is so important when it comed to this sort of thing
