This was my first time going to this salon. My gel pedicure came out great and so did my gel medicure. I thought the gel manicure could have been better, it was done very quickly and I did not get any hand massage. The gel pedicure was also done rather quickly with no massage. I had an overall good experience but do not know if I would recommend this place to anyone.

Decent no frills pedicure, wanted sns, the nail tech convinced me to stick to acrylic. I picked a color, and the nail tech said the color is no good pick a other. Offered no help or suggestions. 120 for an acrylic fill and a basic pedicure. Was given the price beforehand, but I was in desperate need, and it was a Sunday, so I stuck it out and hoped for the best.

A PSA for my local lady friends who get their nails done. Cheri’s Nails in Lanoka Harbor? My Granddaughter had a 3:00 appointment. As if this writing, it is now 5:43, 2 tip repairs and a fill, she is still there. 2 hours and 43 minutes. Can you imagine? To take advantage of a teenager, to ignore the guy told my daughter he would give her a discount and charged her $5.00 more than the price board! Very, very poor business practice, extremely poor customer service. I, personally would have pulled her out of that chair, nails done or not. Full on taking advantage of a Teenager. The parent now has to make 3 freekin trips? ZERO STARS

I went here for the first time, I don’t recall the ladies name that did my refill. She did an amazing job. I’m new in town, I tried another salon but it chipped 3 days after the two times I went so I decided to try somewhere different. I love my nails, however I had a refill and a design, my nails were coffin but they needed to be reshaped a little. I was charged 105 bucks! 105!!! I have never spent more than 50 for a refill and design. My nails are medium length. I called prior to going because if the reviews to get an estimate, I was advised I couldn’t be given prices and that I had to go in. It was a 20 minute drive from home, great nails but nails aren’t worth 105 bucks. Again, they look amazing but the price is a little outrageous for a refill and a design.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHorrible experience. I called before hand to make an appointment, I asked if they could do 4pm, they told me the latest they could do was 3:30pm.. I said okay, I arrive at 3:25pm and sat for 40 minutes waiting to be seen. I had 4 different people doing my nails, 4:06pm that’s when the first lady came and put the tips on, the second person was a guy who cut the nails down and did the acrylic, the third guy filed them and buffed themout, the fourth person was a younger girl who did the color. Among all of this, they charged me $92 for nails that isn’t nothing how I wanted. I would never come backUpdate: after leaving this review they replied back with a very unprofessional nasty response instead of trying to resolve the problem. Saying money was the issue, no one would want to spend over $60 at a place they already had to wait 40 minutes from their original appointment time. Plus google and the sign on your door states that you close at 6 on saturdays.Horrible experience.
