First time going to this salon, it is so hard to find good places to go anywhere now sadly. I was very upset with how the whole appointment went. First when I got there and sat down the guy that was going to do my nails was on a live stream with few other people which is so rude when your with a customer especially a new one. The whole time he would be talking with them and would pause doing my nails to look at his phone and talk. It was so unprofessional. I loved the color I picked out but he did a horrible job shaping them they are all uneven. I do not recommend this place and I will not be going there ever again.

I thought my mom & I would enjoy a treat of pedicures! We’d come to Cheri Nail a few times over the years, but it’s likely been 7 years since my last visit.I was pretty surprised at the Cheri Nails I visited today.There was no greeting, and while our appointment was for 3:00, it was at LEAST 315 before anyone acknowledged we were there. I get pedicures frequently and greetings seem to be customary ♀️Anyway, the BIG disappointment was how aggressive the ladies were with our toes. I think my mom’s lady was mad about something, because she filed my mom’s nail so HARD that it’s split and already the polish is coming off. I’ve been going to this salon for years. I had very good things to say in the past. However, recently I’m far from impressed. Their nail polish is old and doesn’t dry. Today I waited over 5 hours to put on closed toe shoes. When I took them off, the polish was messed up. Until they replace the bottles of nail polish, I do not recommend them.

Went to this business several times I work with people with disabilities , and took them in from time to time. Very small not a lot of workers. Made an appointment for one of my clients we went in early . Was greeted by the owner and he wasn’t as friendly as previous visit. He began to prep my clients nails .. I had another client with me and it was her first time there. The Owner started with a conversation about his New Year. My Client asked if it was the Chinese New Year. He became so upset about her simple but innocent question .. he was totally unprofessional. We left . Now I am stuck with his gift certificate. His attitude was totally inappropriate and unprofessional .. I thought we had a better repore’ I will not be returning there again. Be careful with the conversation you may have with him.

The file or other tool she used caused an infection and swelling that took days of soaking and treating to recover. Tracey is hands down the best nail tech who ever worked on my nails! She pays attention to detail, gets right down to my cuticles so my nails don’t look like they have grown out in 3 days! She does a great job and is done with my fill in 30 minutes!!! Unbelievable

I would have given this place five stars but I cannot. I went into the place to get a manicure and pedicure. The people who worked on my nails were quick, efficient, and diligent. However I left the place with two cuts – one of the inside of my big toe and a little cut on one of my pinkie fingers. While they were cleaning my cuticles and removing the excess skin and dirt, I think they cut too deeply or at a bad angle and I was left bleeding. Granted, they cleaned the cuts as best they could but I don’t expect to walk out of a nail salon bleeding. The cuts still sting. My nails were painted beautifully and with obvious skill, but I will not be coming back because of these cuts.
