Had bright red hair and asked to get to light brown which she said was possible. She just put dark brown over the red instead of removing the red first. I used semi permanent for the red so my hair is still bleeding and looks like dark brown hair with red highlights because her work was also spotchy. She got hair dye on my face, neck and ears but had nothing to take it off so i went home stained. Do not recommend going to a place this lazy.

I came in said my name, Hannah sat me down right away and instantly asked me questions about what I want. I called today as soon as they opened and Hannah (the owner) made me an appointment same day. Very simple and efficient! I came in said my name, Hannah sat me down right away and instantly asked me questions about what I want. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to get a haircut, hair coloring, and got my lashes lifted. The haircut and hair coloring was fine but my eyelashes were not. The lash lift was 80 dollars. My lashes never lifted and when I talked to who did them I got a 25 dollar refund. I followed all the rules to get them to curl and they never did. I would understand a partial refund if I had not followed the rules but it was completely not on me. Very upset with how this was handled and will not return. Wonderful! Kim gave me a fantastic cut and color. Went in feeling all drab and walked out like a new person. Fast and friendly, clean and trendy environment. Kim was very gentle, very professional and friendly. Ladies, I will be back! Thanks for the beautiful new hairstyle!
