My daughter and I started going to this nail salon over the summer. We always make appointments. The staff has always been friendly and we have been happy with the quality of their work. I took my daughter for a no chip mani a few days ago and when she wanted 5 colors for her nails, the tech, my favorite one, got short with her and started quickly speaking in her language to her coworker. She then questioned me about my daughter’s request and told me it would be $5 extra. Fine, no problem. I just do not feel like it was an unreasonable request. She got the inspiration from one of many nail photos on Pinterest. If you can get elaborate nail art, what’s the big deal about opening 5 bottles of polish? She left with great looking nails, but it was a disappointing interaction.

What a hidden Gem, was in the neighborhood running some errands. Decided, I would get a pedi around the neighborhood and Google and found this location. Walk in, and luckily was able to sit down for a pedicure with no appointment. Every was clean and everyone was very welcoming.

I’m glad to have found this place. Let me start off by agreeing that it’s very clean, the girls are friendly, but the reason I will be returning is that I actually relaxed and enjoyed my pedicure! She took her time, didn’t hurt me at all ( other places always do! ) the foot massage was on point and the end result was super cute! I am going on a month with the same no-chip and doesn’t look bad , although I’m going back today for a relaxing time!

I don’t write reviews, but these lovely ladies deserve it, every other location I called closed 15mins or more before they closing time and these ladies took me in got me in and out! Did a great job as well!

Critical: QualityWasted $80 on a dip mani & pedi for 2 of my nails to mess up in 3 days… 1 chipped & the other cracked. Ladies were super nice when i was spending my money but when I went back to ask for my nails to be fixed, chick acted like it was a problem. She fixed it but the very next day i had two more nails chip right off. It’s frustrating to be ripped off of almost $100 for anything to go wrong in a few days. Got me once but never again!!! Wasted $80 on a dip mani & pedi for 2 of my nails to mess up in 3 days… 1 chipped & the other cracked. Ladies were super nice when i was spending my money but when I went back to ask for my nails to be fixed, chick acted like it was a problem. She fixed it but the very next day i had two more nails chip right off. It’s frustrating to be ripped off of almost $100 for anything to go wrong in a few days. Got me once but never again!!! Critical: Quality, ValueI am so disappointed with this place. My regular lady for dip powder was booked and saw that Chen’s had really great reviews so I was excited to try them out and when I initially left I was so happy! My nails looked so good! It wasn’t until NOT EVEN a week later, literally on day 5 where two of my nails had chipped. I went back and they fixed it, but literally the next day that same nail chipped again. The pictures I showed are of not even 2 full weeks, they’re of 11 days after to be exact. 5 of my 10 nails have fully chipped (and they’re my real nails). I’ve gotten dip at other places before and it lasts at least 4 weeks before even chipping. I’m just so upset with this place because I spent $50 for nothing.
