First time- used Groupon for facial and added a peel. Hersey listened to my concerns about sensitive skin. She told me what to expect and that she’d use a mild peel. I appreciate the time she took to hear me, and to focus on my specific skin care needs. The experience was wonderful. The place is clean. I definitely will go back and recommend to others!

My lashes always look natural with a little extra oomph. I made the mistake of going somewhere else to get my lashes done recently – never again! If it’s not Hersy I’m not doing it lol.

I’ve gotten facials, microneedling, microdermabrasion massages, eyelashes, skin care products and more. The only reason I didn’t leave a review sooner is because it takes me a minute to recollect all that I have done here!Hersy is an expert at skin care. She will have what you need for your skin at 24 or 34. As we age we need different things. She’s always had the remedy for my skin, whether it be from unhealthy habits at 24, neglecting skin care at 30 or after kids, or maintaining beautiful skin in your thirties and forties. Hersy has helped me remedy my skin and shes made many down to earth recommendations for the best skin care. Shes helped reverse aging from tanning and neglect of skin. She also is amazing at doing eyelashes. If you are a person who likes a natural, not overbearing look she’s the best. Going to anyone else I’m on the table for double the time I am than with Hersy. It’s also a great alternative to anyone looking to let their skin rest from makeup.Other than that the owner Hersy is also very accommodating and generous with her time and services and offers great prices. I have been going to Chen’s Skin Care over the course of the past 10 years. Hersy is simply THE BEST at what she does. I’ve gotten facials, microneedling, microdermabrasion massages, eyelashes, skin care products and more. The only reason I didn’t leave a review sooner is because it takes me a minute to recollect all that I have done here!

I met up with my best girlfriend and she asked why I had hair on my forehead… And I laughed and said, my love, those are blackheads!So I knew I had a problem, and I wanted to support a local business that would help me find the resolution for that problem. That is how I came across Chen’s Skincare and Spa!I loved that I was able to book an appointment online through their website which was clean and easily navigable. They only took one person per hour in the spa which was comforting giving that we are living in times of plague and pestilence. I was texted to confirm and showed up the next day, a babe in the woods, ready for my first facial/microderm treatment!My technician was Hersy and she was very polite and very understanding! She made me feel welcomed after I revealed that this was new for me as a guy who admittedly didn’t know as much about skincare as perhaps I should have known! She explained everything she was doing, what the effects were, and she even made suggestions on how I could better take care of my skin.It has been three days since my Gentleman’s facial and microdermabrasion treatment and I have never seen my skin glow quite like it does now! Its wonderful and I’ve received so many compliments! I have fewer blackheads and my skin just feels incredible!I am so glad I came to Chen’s and fully intend to return to maintain a proper adult’s skin care regiment! With IPL treatments and chemical peels my face is clear and glowing!I recently started getting eyelash extensions, and it looks very natural. I don’t put any make up on. Along with eye lashes I did Microblading. My eyebrows look every even and natural as well. When I tell you I don’t wear any make up at all and still get compliments !! Chen is very professional && schedules are always on time.I highly recommend this place !! Also, don’t forget the massages !! Amazing !!. The spa is very clean.
