I’m a first time client with this salon. Alexis, the front desk attendant, did not look at me or greet me upon me entering the salon and she wasn’t busy with a task or client. Another stylist had to come over to the front desk to greet me and check me in. I didn’t catch her name, but I believe she may have been the owner and she was kind. As a first time client, they assigned me to Haley. I arrived early, but she was running a little late with previous appointment which was not a big deal. She gave me a trim, layering, and curling style. I felt that her layering techniques were different than any other cutting technique used on my hair to maximize volume for wavy/curly hairstyles. She also cut my front layers shorter than what I requested. While curling, she did accidentally hit me with the curling iron because her hand slipped. It didn’t hurt and she apologized, but it came across as being inexperienced with her technique. Haley is very sweet, kind, and has potential, I just think she needs to work on honing her skills. This was my first experience at this salon, so I can’t speak to the ability of the other stylists. Overall, I had a mediocre experience at this salon. Not sure if I’ll be coming back.

I was immediately welcomed upon my arrival and offered a beverage. Xavier did my Brazilian Blowout it is amazing! He was efficient and knowledgeable and has a good eye for hair color also as this is the closest to my natural hair color I’ve ever been and I love it. I will return for continued services.
